Dear Buttercup Lane Childminders

I would like to thank you both from the bottom of my heart for all the care, love and help I received from you for the last few months that we have known each other. I can’t describe how much my little boy adores you both. He always talks about you and about what he was doing with you and what he has learnt. He always asks when he is coming back. I know that he is safe and happy in your care. During the last few months his English has improved tremendously. And I know that its all thanks to you.  I saw and appreciated how from the beginning your where trying to help him to adapt and understand.  Now I;m catching him so often role playing and pretending to be talking to you or Karl or one of your daughters. You have helped me with his potty training and counting. I can see how his self esteem is growing thanks to you. I love all those BIG little touches you put in like the book where you write what he is doing and what he is eating and what he has learned  each day, not to mention all the photos and the pictures he made while he was with you.

Lia I admire you so much and I think you are a brilliant child minder, you always keep children occupied. Its so lovely that your taking my son to different parks and play groups and allow him to explore new places and mix with other children, and I know that even when he is at home with you he is never bored, thats why he wants to come back so much. You make so much effort with all the little gifts and parties. You arrange things that shows us not only our son but things from your culture and your way of life. I also want to thank Karl for teaching him some good manners. Last time he burped he said in English to me “Pardon Me” I asked surprised who taught you that because  being Polish we don’t speak English at home and he answered “Karl”

I also want to thank you both for making us but especially me feel so welcome. I won’t forget that I could always come to you and share my concerns and tell you about my problems, you listen and give me good advice. I’m grateful that you helped me realise some things that you never judged me and also Im very grateful for helping me with my work commitments when I have to work longer than expected.  Your always there for me and Kazio and your pickup and drop off service worked perfectly for me when I had to work late at night as well as when I need you in an emergency.

I very happy to meet such lovely people and I can recommend you to anyone without hesitation.

Thank you again
