Buttercup Lane Childminders was the first childminder we visited and the only one. From the day we went to see Karl & Lia we knew they were the ones for us. They welcomed us into their home with open arms and we had a lovely, relaxed chat with them. Lia took my little boy when he was getting restless whilst we went over details with Karl. He settled and fell asleep in her arms straightaway, unheard of for anyone but his mummy. He pretty much chose them for himself. We never looked elsewhere and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.
My little boy adores them both, happily going to Karl when I drop him off on a morning without so much as a backward glance as I leave. They fill his day with fun, laughter and love whilst educating him with many varying activities, all fuelled with delicious food, he eats like a king there.
Karl & Lia take the children to lots of interesting places on their many day trips out. When they are at home they are crafting & creating, my little man already has a folder jam packed with paintings, drawings and other crafty things. He has brought home tasty treats that he has made, handmade cards for Father’s Day, Christmas & Valentines Day as well as a spring time daffodil that is currently growing on our window ledge.
I don’t know what I was worried about. Karl & Lia treat our son like one of their own (talking of which, their two girls are an absolute credit to them), he is in more than capable hands and when I drop him off during the week on my way to work I know for sure he’ll be having a whale of a time whilst he’s there and not thinking about his mummy or daddy for a second. Buttercup Lane Childminders is definitely his home from home.
I would 100% recommend Buttercup Lane Childminders to anyone looking for child care. I promise you won’t regret it.
